Over 25 shades for professional use in cake decorating and sugarcraft. Being fat-soluble dyes, it dissolves very well in fats. With the help of a brush you can paint on solid surfaces as fondant, sugar and flower ornaments, royal icing, etc. The starry sky isno limit for your sugar creations. Dissolving in a little oil or alcohol you can paint like a real painter. You can also experiment with new shades by combining colours together.
